My LASIK Experience

My LASIK Experience

Out of the 6 Million people that have had LASIK including myself, there are those who would want people to believe that LASIK is a horrible procedure....Let me tell you my story...

Three years ago, my vision had been slowly declining and I wished to do something about it, yet I trusted no one other than my father, Dr. Caro, to perform the proper corrective procedure which ended up to be LASIK. Let me say that this was the best thing I had ever chosen to do for myself. Like many, I was scared about being under the operating table and someone (even my father) touching my eyes. My trust in the end outweighed my fears. The procedure was quick and painless...Before I knew it, I could see clear; the kind of clear that I thought did'nt exist but it did...As I exited the operating room, I began to cry with joy...Ever since the procedure three years ago, my vision has stayed stable and I have seen so many beautiful things the world has had to show me..Dean Kantis is trying to dupe you into thinking that LASIK is a horrible procedure....Maybe he should call the 6 Million people who have had the procedure and listen to them and how they have benefitted from it...LASIK in my opinion is a god-given gift to certain individuals such as my father to help others in need...
